The trademark for Becky Lynch's heel persona, "Big Time Becks" has been officially abandoned by WWE following legal opposition. The trademark was initially applied for by WWE in September 2021, but it ran into issues when James K. Duck, who owns the "Bigtime" trademark and has done for professional wrestling since 2007 and renewed it in 2018 contested it. James K. Duck, who runs Windy City Pro Wrestling and has used "Bigtime" as his in-ring name, initiated legal proceedings that were still active as of April 2024. WWE has announced that WrestleMania 41 will be held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 19th and 20th, 2025. This announcement was made my Paul "Triple H" Levesque, the company's Chief Content Officer not too long after WWE's Backlash France event and the WWE Backlash Press Conference. This will be the second time that Las Vegas will host WrestleMania, the first being WrestleMania IX at Caesars Palace in 1993. WrestleMania's timing in mid-April is a departure from the traditional end of March/beginning of April a lot, aiming to avoid competition with other major sporting events, notably the Final Four.
Dave Meltzer has reported that the company will release Gable Steveson, who signed a multi-year contract with WWE in 2021. Despite Gable Steveson appearing in NXT and working dark matches at SmackDown events, his only televised match was a no-contest against Baron Corbin at an NXT PLE last year. Gable has not competed in any wrestling matches since his last dark match on SmackDown on February 9th!

Despite signing this new contract, Cody Rhodes does not intend to wrestle for too much longer due to his responsibilities as a father. Cody Rhodes, now 38, recognizes the importance of being present for his daughter as she grows up, citing his own experiences with his father, the late Dusty Rhodes. Dusty Rhodes as we know continued to wrestle into his later years. Cody Rhodes acknowledges that while he may have hit his prime later in his career, he is mindful of his age and family commitments, indicating a desire to set away from wrestling before it becomes difficult to transition.
It seems at the moment, Minnesota is the front-runner to host WrestleMania 41 in 2025. Sources have indicated that the state is working on the assumption of securing the event and hoping for an official announcement soon. Despite Minnesota being confident at the moment, WWE have not yet confirmed the location. Minnesota's previous leaks have led to concern about being the finalist for hosting WrestleMania which may have cost them leverage. Reports have indicated that WWE had a strong interest in Giulia months ago, with her contract to expire soon. With the firing of Stardom's own Rossy Ogawa by Bushiroad, he announced plans to launch a new promotion which would likely feature current Stardom stars.
